The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 88fe reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit all balances and bonuses across the accounts.

Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
Account Rules
Account Registration, Verification, and Security Obligations
All 88fe accounts are personal and non-transferable. The account holder bears full responsibility for all activity conducted through their account, including any bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts.

KYC Verification

Account Closure

Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed subject to verification requirements. 88fe reserves the right to close accounts unilaterally in cases of Terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, age verification failure, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Payments
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Method Rules
88fe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

Minimum Deposit Amount

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your account, unless otherwise approved by the 88fe support team. 88fe aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval for bKash and Nagad transactions during standard operating hours. Disputed Transactions
If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your account, or a withdrawal has not been received, you must contact 88fe support within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be investigated. When raising a dispute, provide your account mobile number, the transaction date, the amount, and the reference number provided by your payment provider.
Note: 88fe does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are outside 88fe's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.

Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and bonus-derived winnings are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. Fair Use
Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play Obligations
88fe operates on the basis of fair play for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and permanent exclusion from 88fe.

Fraudulent Activity
The use of stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds is strictly prohibited. Any account found to have received funds from an unauthorised source will be suspended immediately, the relevant deposits reversed, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities. This includes the use of another person's bKash or Nagad account without their knowledge and consent.

Collusion and Match Fixing
Any form of collusion between players, or any attempt to influence the outcome of a game, sporting event, or bet through improper means, is strictly prohibited. This includes communicating with other players during live games, sharing information about betting patterns with the intent to manipulate outcomes, or placing bets in connection with known or suspected match-fixing activities.

Software Exploitation
The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is prohibited. This includes any software that analyses game patterns to predict outcomes in real-time casino games, or that automates the placement of bets without human input. Detection of such software will result in immediate account closure.

Amendments & Law
Amendments to These Terms and Governing Law
88fe reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where material changes are made — in which case registered players will be notified via their registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed modification, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the change takes effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and general principles of contract law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 88fe support shall be referred to binding arbitration.
